The following survey was designed by the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME) in order to understand how we can best create professional development resources geared towards teachers, parents, students, policy-makers, and like audiences that support them in designing and using classroom assessments. For the purpose of this effort, classrooms can be physical or virtual in nature and include K-12 and professional contexts. These materials would be housed within the digital professional development portal of the Instructional Topics in Educational Measurement Series (ITEMS) (https://ncme.elevate.commpartners.com).

We sincerely appreciate your taking the time to fill out this survey, which should take about 20 minutes of your time. The responses are collected anonymously and are evaluated by the ITEMS editor / lead portal developer and the ITEMS Advisory Board so that we can best advise the NCME board about how to align ITEMS offerings with user needs.
